Return And Exchange Policy
If you found any inconsistency and damaged for our Product after their Purchase through our website (www.sgjewels.com.my) upon receiving, you may attend physically to our physical shop together with the Products (in original receiving conditions) and the Official Receipt within 7 days of product received from our delivery parties.
We promise that we will provide 1 to 1 exchange or equivalent value product exchange subject to the conditions. You may contact us for more information required.
Items returned must be in their original condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels)
Item cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, purchase using a promotion code, or discount coupon.
The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping that is available, which must include tracking.
We may provide refund of the product purchase subject to the conditions and unavailability of product exchange. You may contact us for more information required.
If you do not receive your purchase items due to loss in transit by the delivery parties, we will compensate 100% based on your order amount for the product exchange. You may contact us for further arrangement.
