How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Is my product safe?
Your piece of jewelry is shipped in a durable condition and tamper-evidence packing is done so that the product remains intact. We provide complete insurance to your jewelry till it reaches you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do offer this service to customers.

How can I get the status of my order?

Do you give the facility of Transit Insurance?
SG Jewels will pay for the insurance of the order till it reaches to your doorstep.

Do you need any proof of identity when accepting the delivery?
No. The customer is only requested to sign on a delivery sheet.

If I am out of town during the time of delivery of product, will it be delivered to my family members?
Yes. As long as it has the same delivery address.

What will be the results if my order is lost in transit?
If such events, please allow us 14 working days to proceed on a full refund to our customers.
